About Matías
I’m a Computer Engineer from Argentina with a career that spans software development, Product and Project Management, and global tech talent operations. After several years building and leading teams, I joined Andela, a SoftBank-backed tech unicorn, where I worked on the Match Team, the area responsible for identifying, vetting, and preparing top LATAM engineers for rigorous interviews with companies like IBM, Meta, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and other leading US and European organizations.
Across that journey, I’ve personally vetted and coached thousands of developers, gaining a deep understanding of what international companies value, how they evaluate talent, and what differentiates candidates who consistently convert interviews into offers.
Today, I bring that experience into my work as a tech recruiter and mentor, helping LATAM professionals reposition their careers for higher-value opportunities, remote roles paid in USD, and long-term growth.
